MEASURED Project showcased at ICIM18 International Conference

The MEASURED project was featured at the 18th International Conference on Inorganic Membranes (ICIM18), held in Montpellier, France, from 29 June to 3 July 2026, through the participation of Dr. Margot Anabell Llosa Tanco from TECNALIA’s Process Intensification and Membrane Technology team.

As an invited Keynote Speaker, Dr. Llosa Tanco delivered a presentation entitled “Carbon Molecular Sieve Membranes for High-Performance Hydrogen Separation”, highlighting the latest advances achieved within the MEASURED project. The keynote showcased recent developments in carbon molecular sieve membrane technologies for efficient hydrogen separation, underlining their potential to support clean energy systems and accelerate the transition towards a low-carbon economy.

In addition to her keynote presentation, Dr. Llosa Tanco chaired the H₂ Day session on “Porous Membranes – H₂ Separation & Production”, contributing to discussions on the latest scientific and technological developments in membrane-based hydrogen production and separation.

The conference provided an excellent platform to present MEASURED’s latest results, exchange knowledge with leading researchers and industry representatives, and strengthen collaboration within the international membrane community. Participation in ICIM18 reinforces the project’s commitment to advancing innovative membrane technologies that contribute to Europe’s clean energy and sustainability objectives.
